The Neon Sign Creation Process Here’s a look at our step-by-step process: Designing Every neon sign begins with a concept. Whether it's a logo, a phrase, or a custom design, our team works with you to translate your vision into a digital design, which serves as the blueprint for your neon sign. Cutting the Silicon Tube Unlike glass neon tubes, silicon tubes are incredibly flexible and easy to work with. We use precision cutting tools to cut the silicon tubes to match the design's length specifications. Shaping the Sign The flexible nature of silicon allows us to shape it into almost any design without worrying about breakage. Our skilled craftsmen mold the silicon tubes by hand, carefully following the digital design to ensure accuracy. Inserting the LEDs Once the silicon tube has been shaped, it's time to insert the LED neon lights.
